- Project Management Administrator - South Carolina (as of Feb.2019)
Our Greenville, SC office is seeking a Project Management Administrator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bid follow-up phone calls & paperwork
- Filing & Archiving
- Shipping & Receiving
- Obtaining permits
- Printing plans
- Assistance with Contract Administration, as needed
- Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced office
- Solid working knowledge of current technologies, including MS Office – Word, Outlook, & Excel
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a plus but not necessary for consideration!
