Our Greenville, SC office is seeking a Project Management Administrator.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Submittals
  • Bid follow-up phone calls & paperwork
  • Filing & Archiving
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Obtaining permits
  • Printing plans
  • Assistance with Contract Administration, as needed

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • Must be detailed oriented, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced office
  • Solid working knowledge of current technologies, including MS Office – Word, Outlook, & Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient manner
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Additional Notes:

  • Knowledge of the construction industry is considered a plus but not necessary for consideration!
