Commercial Construction Project Manager Needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Project scope development and estimates
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Coordinate all aspects of multiple commercial projects
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors
  • Client management
  • Act as a backup for Superintendent in the field (if scheduling issues arise)
  • Attend walk-throughs for potential bids
  • Assist Project Management team with estimating & take offs
  • Administrative support for jobs from start to finish

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Solid working knowledge of current technologies, including MS Word, Outlook, Project, Excel & Dropbox
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in an efficient manner
  • Strong estimating/buyout skills
  • Self- motivated and willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment
