R-PCI Construction Announces Retirement of President John Ford
Growing Construction Company Names New President

R-PCI Construction announced today that John Ford, President, intends to retire from the company effective December 31, 2017.

“I have had the privilege of working in commercial construction for more than 28 years, all with R-PCI Construction.  This a difficult decision for me, but now is the right time to finalize the process of handing over the reins as President.  I am looking forward to the opportunity to spend more time with my family.”

“I am proud of all that we have accomplished here as a team,” Ford continued. “I am confident in the senior management team and pleased to announce that our company has hired an outstanding individual to lead R-PCI Construction through this next phase of growth.  Jeff Donohoe will assume the role of President upon my official retirement on December 31.  I have been working with our Chairman, Barry Lake, over the last year leading up to this announcement to make the transition to new leadership a seamless process.”

“John has been an outstanding leader for R-PCI Construction and partner to me, personally. We are grateful for his unwavering commitment and many contributions to R-PCI Construction’s success during his 28+ years with the company,” said Lake. “Succession planning has always been a top priority and just as when I handed the reins to John eight years ago, we expect a seamless leadership transition.
